Prescriber authorization
A licensed BC prescriber reviews your request and, where appropriate, authorizes the requisition for a professional fee. Authorization is a clinical decision and is not guaranteed for every test.
Book the draw
Take the authorized requisition to the contracted laboratory, or book through the site, and pay the lab for the tests.
Results, handled with care
Results return securely. Abnormal or urgent findings are flagged and escalated with real follow-up. You are never left alone with a worrying number.
Pharmacist review, optional
A Carebridge pharmacist can walk you through your results and next steps. Where treatment follows, Carebridge can help, and you may use any pharmacy you choose.

Personal and health information is handled under BC PIPA and PIPEDA, stored and processed in Canada, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Private testing, not billed to MSP. You see a clear breakdown: a prescriber authorization fee, the lab's test fees, and an optional pharmacist consult.

We will never tell you to test everything. If a panel grows large, we gently ask what you most want to learn, in the spirit of choosing wisely.

Vytals is connected to Carebridge Pharmacy on Main Street in Vancouver. Carebridge coordinates the experience and provides pharmacist review of results. An independent licensed prescriber authorizes requisitions, and a contracted laboratory performs the draws and analysis.
