About Vytals and Carebridge Pharmacy

Our mission

We want to make it approachable and honest to explore your own health. That means plain language instead of jargon, no hype and no fear, and a real person to turn to when a result needs explaining. It also means keeping the medicine careful: a licensed prescriber reviews every request, and a pharmacist can help you understand what your results mean.

Results are information, not a diagnosis. Vytals is not the prescriber and not the lab. We coordinate the experience so that curiosity has a safe, supported path from a question to an answer to a next step.

How the model works

The journey keeps clear roles for clear reasons:

• You build a panel. Using the interactive body, you explore areas of health and assemble a personalized set of tests that reflects what you actually want to learn.
• An independent prescriber authorizes. An independent, licensed BC prescriber reviews your request and, where appropriate, authorizes each requisition for a professional fee. They can decline tests that are not appropriate. Authorization is a clinical decision and is not guaranteed for every test.
• A contracted lab draws and analyzes. A contracted British Columbia laboratory performs the blood draw and the analysis, and you pay the lab for the tests.
• A pharmacist reviews results. A Carebridge pharmacist can review your results with you and walk you through what they mean in plain language.
• Treatment, where it follows. Where a result leads to treatment, Carebridge can help with compounding or dispensing. You are free to use any pharmacy you choose.

This is private testing, not billed to MSP. You see a clear breakdown: a prescriber authorization fee, the lab's test fees, and an optional pharmacist consult.

The people

Clinical content and results support are reviewed by pharmacists at Carebridge:

• Arash Pourzare, Pharm.D reviews clinical content and supports results.
• Behnaz Alijani, Pharm.D reviews clinical content and supports results.

Requisitions are authorized by an independent, licensed BC prescriber, and draws and analysis are performed by a contracted laboratory. These roles are kept separate on purpose, so that clinical decisions rest with the right professional.

Service area

Vytals serves British Columbia and is anchored on Main Street in Vancouver, where Carebridge Pharmacy is located. Blood draws happen at the partner laboratory's locations. If you are outside British Columbia, this service may not be available to you.

The Carebridge connection
